Products Liability
WCM lawyers have successfully defended actions related to products liability claims in both state and federal courts throughout the country. We regularly represent national and international manufacturers and distributors of products including, for example, temperature sensing devices, copiers, saws, printers, binders, gas valves, machine presses, and bicycles.
We have lectured before local bar associations and industry groups on developments in this ever changing area of the law and we have proposed legislation affecting the products liability area of our practice.
