Professional Experience
Anthony is a skilled and relentless civil litigator and appellate practitioner. He is well experienced and has successfully represented clients in all facets of litigation from inception up to and including final resolution on appeal. He is equally equipped to handle matters in Florida’s state and federal courts.
Anthony began his legal career as a staff attorney for Florida’s Fourth District Court of Appeal and the Florida Supreme Court. This was an invaluable experience during which Anthony learned the intricacies of the judicial process and sharpened his legal research, writing, and analytical abilities. He then entered private practice. While in private practice, Anthony first honed his skills as a civil and appellate litigator by working for international and national law firms, as well as a highly prestigious plaintiff’s firm. He then worked as an Assistant City Attorney for the City of West Palm Beach for over six years, during which time he defended and prosecuted claims on behalf of the City in Florida’s state and federal trial and appellate courts. He also worked as an Attorney Advisor for the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and, immediately before joining WCM, gained invaluable experience as a member of the insurance coverage and appellate team for a well-known and reputable insurance law firm.
Anthony now brings his expertise and skills to Wade, Clark, and Mulcahy as a vital member of the firm’s burgeoning Florida office. He looks forward to vigorously representing the firm’s client and achieving the best results possible.
Anthony grew up at the Jersey Shore and is a die-hard N.Y. Yankees fan. During his free time, he enjoys spending time with his two daughters, going to the beach and sporting events, attending the theatre, reading, and enjoying Florida’s sunshine.
