Professional Experience
Benjamin counsels insurers on coverage matters by reviewing insurance policies to determine insurers’ obligations as to defense and indemnification.
In addition, Benjamin assists in defending claims of personal injury, property damage, and premises liability. His legal research and drafting concerns these claims and declaratory judgment actions.
Prior to joining WCM, Benjamin attended Rutgers University School of Law, where he served as an Executive Editor on the Rutgers University Law Review.
He has served as a judicial extern in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and a practical intern in the Rutgers Law School Civil Practice and Entrepreneurship Clinics.
