Professional Experience
Carol Notias Kotsinis litigates and advises clients on a variety of high exposure product liability, labor law, motor vehicle, general liability, premises liability, subrogation, toxic torts, and commercial matters. She handles matters through trial in both state and federal courts in New York and New Jersey and has extensive mediation and arbitration experience. Carol also serves as local counsel for a national rental equipment company.
Ms. Kotsinis has extensive experience in post-accident investigations and rapid response protocols. She immediately responds to accident sites with experts and investigators to interview witnesses, manage, collect, and preserve important evidence and data in anticipation of litigation.
Before joining WCM, she was a partner at a national firm, Schander Harrison Segal & Lewis LLP.
