Domenica Tomasetti litigates general liability actions, including personal injury and property damage cases, premises liability and construction defect claims, and trucking accidents. Her work includes all aspects of these cases, including fact analysis and investigation, drafting pleadings and motions, attending depositions, performing legal research, attending hearings, arbitrations, and mediations, and preparing for trial.

Domenica received her J.D. from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law. While in law school Domenica was a staff writer and the managing editor of research and writing for the Jeffrey S. Moorad Sports Law Journal, as well as a Teaching Assistant for the 1L Civil Procedure class. Domenica was a Professor’s Research Assistant focused in all areas of Employment Law and completed a judicial internship with the Honorable Kelly D. Eckel in the Delaware County Court of Common Pleas.

In May 2022, Domenica joined WCM as a summer associate and continued to work with the firm throughout her final year of law school.
