Dominika works in a wide variety of litigation claims, including general liability actions, personal injury claims, property damage cases, contract disputes, and construction defect claims.  Her work includes all aspects of these cases, including fact analysis and investigation, drafting pleadings and motions, attending depositions, performing legal research, attending hearings, arbitrations, and mediations, and preparing for trial.

Dominika is a graduate of the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University where she worked as a student attorney for the Food and Beverage Law Clinic providing pro bono transactional legal services to small farm businesses, artisan food manufacturers, craft beverage entrepreneurs, and related nonprofit organizations.
