Jack McGuire works in a wide variety of litigation claims, including property damage cases, contract disputes, and construction defect claims. His work spans all aspects of these cases, from fact investigation and analysis to preparation for trial. In May 2022, Jack joined WCM as a summer associate and received his J.D. from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law. While in law school, Jack was a judicial intern for the Honorable Greggory Taddonio of the Western District of Pennsylvania Bankruptcy Court.

While attending Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law, he served on the National Trial Team and Sports Law Society, and founded and headed the Scarpa Center Transactional Law Negotiation Team. As part of the national trial team, Jack consistently placed in the top 5 across his competitions, helping the Villanova National Trial team finish top 10 in the country in 2022-23.  Jack was a Scarpa Fellow and worked in the Clinic for Law and Entrepreneurship, providing pro bono legal services to non-profits in Philadelphia.
