Jessica advises insurers on a variety of coverage matters. Her work involves reviewing insurance policies and contracts to determine an insurer’s obligations as to defense, contribution, and indemnification.

Jessica also assists with the civil litigation of general liability actions for many types of claims, including personal injury, property damage, and premises liability. Her litigation work includes conducting investigation and fact analysis, performing legal research, and drafting litigation documents.

Prior to joining WCM, Jessica attended Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law, where she served as the Managing Editor of Research and Writing for the Villanova Law Review.
