Professional Experience

Mitch assists with general liability actions, including personal injury and property damage cases, premises liability and construction defect claims. His work includes fact analysis and investigation, drafting pleadings and motions, performing legal research, and assisting with preparation for trial.


Prior to joining WCM, Mitchell was an Assistant District Attorney at the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office. He began in the Municipal Court Unit, where he prosecuted a wide range of criminal offenses. He later joined the Post-Conviction Relief Act Unit, where he handled high-profile PCRA matters, focusing on complex legal issues.
