Professional Experience
Nicholas Ozorowski litigates general liability, professional liability, and products liability actions as well as contractual disputes. He handles claims from inspection up to the time of trial, including fact analysis and investigation, drafting pleadings and motions, depositions, legal research, arbitrations, mediations, and preparing for trial.
During law school, Nicholas served as the Director of Recruitment for the Villanova Law Moot Court Board. As a member of the board, he competed as a finalist in the 63rd Annual Theodore L. Reimel Moot Court Competition. In addition to moot court, Nicholas was the Vice President of Villanova OUTLaw – an affinity group for LGBTQ+ law students at Villanova.
Prior to his legal career, Nicholas was an intern and later a paralegal at a Philadelphia real estate law firm for eight years. While in law school, he interned with the in-house legal team at Fanatics, Inc. He also worked as a Student Attorney at the Villanova Federal Tax Clinic assisting low-income taxpayers in litigation against the IRS.
