Professional Experience
Sarah M. Polacek litigates general liability actions, including personal injury and property damages cases, premises liability, products liability, and construction defect claims. Sarah’s work includes all aspects of the cases, including drafting pleadings and motions, attending depositions, performing legal research, attending hearings, arbitrations, and mediations, and preparing for trial.
During law school, Sarah worked as a law clerk specifically in issues of products liability, premises liability and medical malpractice defense. She drafted motions and other legal memoranda, provided document review, and assisted in deposition preparation. As an associate editor on the Drexel Law Review, Sarah’s published Note highlighted the systemic flaws within Philadelphia’s child welfare system and addressed reform opportunities. Additionally, she served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Chad F. Kenney in the United States District Court Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
