At WCM, Steve:
handles a variety of general liability claims;
litigates construction defect claims; and
defends premises liability claims.
Before joining WCM, Mr. Kim was a litigation associate at a New Jersey insurance defense firm where he worked in the practice areas of general liability, premises and auto defense.
Honors and Distinctions
Steve graduated magna cum laude from Syracuse University College of Law, where he was a member of the Justinian Honorary Law Society and the National Trial Team. He also received CALI awards in both Trial Practice and Family Law, and was a member of the Dean’s List.
