Taylor Mitarotonda litigates general liability actions including personal injury and premises liability cases. Taylor’s work includes all aspects of these cases, including fact analysis and investigation, as well as drafting pleadings and motions. Prior to joining WCM, Taylor started her career as an Assistant District Attorney at the Kings County District Attorney’s office. While at the DA’s office, Taylor litigated pre-trial hearings and indicted violent crimes based on Grand Jury investigations.

After leaving the Kings County District Attorney’s, Taylor gained civil experience at Heidell, Pittoni, Murphy & Bach, LLP where she represented and defended major New York City area Hospitals in all stages of litigation where allegations included complex matters involving professional liability and medical malpractice.
