Here at WCM, William litigates general liability actions, assists and conducts fraud investigations, and is involved in all phases of litigation from the inception of matters through resolution. His work includes the drafting of pleadings and motions, conducting and defending depositions, legal research, assisting and conducting mediations/arbitrations, conducting hearings, and assisting and preparing for upcoming trials.

Prior to joining WCM, William worked as a Plaintiff’s Attorney in mid-town Manhattan, having served hundreds of civilian clients throughout various personal injury matters and having helped produce hundreds of thousands of dollars in increased firm revenue.

William also previously worked as a prosecutor for the City of New York, serving as an Assistant District Attorney at the Bronx District Attorney’s Office, and as a Senior Corporation Counsel / Special Assistant District Attorney at the New York City Law Department / Brooklyn District Attorney’s Office. During his prosecutorial career, William served in the Intake, Trial, Narcotics & Gangs Investigations, and Organized Criminal Activity bureaus, as well as Family Court’s Juvenile Prosecution Division. In these roles, William investigated and prosecuted a wide variety of cases, including animal cruelty, assaults, attempted murders, burglaries, FDNY fire investigations, firearms possession, gambling, identity theft, money-laundering, murder-for-hire, narcotics possession and sales, robberies, terroristic threats, and unidentified shooting incidents. In prosecuting those various cases, William drafted hundreds of search warrants and subpoenas and obtained substantial bench and jury trial experience.
